The River Skipper II is a 45-foot Coast Guard inspected vessel certified for up to 40 passengers. Your whole group stays together, on one boat, for the whole cruise. On the Manatee River, we are the only charter that can say that.
Morning is the quietest, clearest time to be on the water. Current runs slow, skies stay open, and wildlife moves close to the surface. It is the best window of the day for manatees and dolphins, and your captain knows where to look.
This is a guided cruise. Your captain narrates the river, its history, and what you are seeing as you go. The pace is relaxed and the water is calm. Departure is from Regatta Pointe Marina in Palmetto. Group pickup is available at the Bradenton Riverwalk.
