The photos and written content on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by Riverside Tours' Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local, state, and federal laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Up to 48 Hours prior to your scheduled cruise, you will be given a full refund or an option to rebook for another time. Any cancellations after the 48-hour deadline of your scheduled cruise will not receive a refund but will be given the option to rebook for another time, wherein we will hold your booking for up to twelve (12) months. If you do not rebook within twelve months, your booking will be forfeited without a refund. No-shows will be charged the total price.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour anytime due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled for weather, safety, or mechanical reasons, you will be given a rain check to rebook at another time or a full refund. You are not entitled to a refund if your tour or cruise is canceled for behavioral, alcohol, or drug-related issues.

Riverside Tours has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Riverside Tours of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

In no event shall Riverside Tours or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Riverside Tours’ website, even if Riverside Tours or a Riverside Tours authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

No smoking, no vaping, and no illegal drugs will be allowed on the boat at any time.
Passengers must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol
Underage drinkers will cause any cruise or tour to be canceled without a refund.
Anyone caught violating these policies will have the tour or cruise terminated without a refund, and the offender(s) agree to assume all liability for the health and safety of all aboard, including refunding all passengers.
