Your group of up to 40 boards the River Skipper II for a four-hour private charter: roughly two hours of cruising down the Manatee River and across the mouth of Tampa Bay, and two full hours anchored at a boat-only beach with nobody around but your people.

Pick your island together when we plan the trip. Passage Key offers a wild sandbar experience (heads up, it is clothing optional), DeSoto Cove is calm and family friendly, and Beer Can Island brings the classic Florida party sandbar vibe. We time the run around the tides so your beach hours land at their best.

This one is built for birthday blowouts, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, and company beach days. Load up the coolers, bring the floats and the beach games, and let our crew handle the driving, the anchoring, and the timing.

How long is the private sandbar run?

Four hours total. Approximately two hours of cruising and two hours anchored at the sandbar.

Can guests get in the water at the sandbar?

Yes. The boat anchors and guests can swim, wade, and walk the sand. The water is typically shallow and clear. Bring water shoes and a dry bag for your phone.

What if the weather or tides are bad?

Gulf conditions vary. If it is unsafe to reach the sandbar, your captain will find the best alternative. We will work with you to reschedule if needed.

What should we bring?

Sunscreen, towels, water shoes, a dry bag for your phone, and whatever food and drinks you want. We provide ice on board. Coolers are welcome.
